Robslee Primary School was a non denominational primary school in Thornliebank, East Renfrewshire. It was associated with Woodfarm High School as a feeder primary. Robslee comprised seven class bases and had a gym/assembly hall and a MUGA area. It was officially merged with Giffnock Primary School in 2011. This was as a result of a public consultation with local residents and parents Several high profile politicians were involved in the process including local MP, Jim Murphy and local MSP Stewart Maxwell. The school building known as "Robslee Primary" closed in June 2014 but the building was then immediately given to Our Lady of The Missions Primary (OLM) East Renfrewshire Council spent a considerable amount of money on building a connecting walk way to join the OLM building to the Robslee building. Locals believe that this outlay was greater than any alleged savings made by closing Robslee Primary. Google maps now lists the school as "Permanently Closed" but has the marker for OLM Primary now in its place. Robslee Primary is the first school in British history to be closed simply to accommodate the expansion of another school. ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Robslee Primary School」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
